Mit BIM werden alle relevanten Geb\u00e4udedaten digital erfasst und als \u201edigitaler Zwilling\u201c visualisiert, bevor sie in der Realit\u00e4t umgesetzt werden. Auf diese Weise l\u00e4sst sich \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, ob die Objekte alle Erwartungen erf\u00fcllen, und potenzielle Planungsfehler und Inkonsistenzen lassen sich leicht beseitigen. Doch das ist noch nicht alles \u2013 digitale Zwillinge erm\u00f6glichen auch die Kontrolle und Wartung des Geb\u00e4udes nach der Fertigstellung. Der BIM-Markt wird voraussichtlich von 4,9 Milliarden US-Dollar im Jahr 2019 auf 8,9 Milliarden US-Dollar im Jahr 2024 wachsen. Die schnelle Entwicklung dieser Methode hat viele Gr\u00fcnde. Einer davon ist die Verbesserung der 3D-Technologien zur Erstellung digitaler Zwillinge. Fr\u00fcher erfolgte die Modellierung mit 2D-Methoden, was zeitaufw\u00e4ndig und weniger pr\u00e4zise war. Heute ist es m\u00f6glich, hochwertige 3D-Daten f\u00fcr die Geb\u00e4udemodellierung zu liefern, beispielsweise durch den Einsatz von LiDAR.<\/p>\n<p>LiDAR ist ein Fernerkundungsverfahren, das Licht in Form eines gepulsten Lasers nutzt, um Entfernungen (variable Distanzen) zur Erde zu messen. LiDAR wird verwendet, um 3D-Modelle, sogenannte Punktwolken, zu generieren, die aus Millionen von Datenpunkten bestehen k\u00f6nnen. Ein wichtiger Faktor ist, dass die Sensoren nicht nur genaue Daten von Geb\u00e4udeoberfl\u00e4chen und komplexeren Strukturen wie Br\u00fccken oder Versorgungseinrichtungen generieren, sondern auch deren Umgebung und Innenraum pr\u00e4zise erfassen k\u00f6nnen. LOD steht f\u00fcr Level of Detail und ist eines der wichtigsten Merkmale eines 3D-Stadtmodells, da es die Optimierung verschiedener Zoomstufen erm\u00f6glicht. LOD 2.3 ist eine detaillierte 3D-Modellierung von Dachformen mit vertikaler Projektion auf den Boden, jedoch ohne Details wie Oberlichter, Schornsteine, Antennen oder Solarmodule.<\/p>\n<p>Ziel des Projekts war die automatisierte Generierung hochpr\u00e4ziser Stadtmodelle aus Luftbild-Laserscans mit zus\u00e4tzlichen Informationen zu Dach- und Wandfl\u00e4chen. Die Grundformen von D\u00e4chern sind Flachd\u00e4cher, Pultd\u00e4cher, Satteld\u00e4cher, Walmd\u00e4cher, Schmetterlingsd\u00e4cher, Bogend\u00e4cher und Kuppeld\u00e4cher, wobei es zahlreiche Variationen davon gibt. Daher scheitern die meisten regelbasierten Ans\u00e4tze (feste Regeln zur Definition eines Daches) zur Dachidentifizierung bei komplex geformten D\u00e4chern und konnten nicht ber\u00fccksichtigt werden. Die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Herausforderung des Projekts bestand darin, einen zuverl\u00e4ssigen Ansatz f\u00fcr alle verschiedenen Dacharten zu entwickeln. Schl\u00fcsselpunkte sind r\u00e4umliche Positionen oder Punkte im Bild, die das Interessante oder Auff\u00e4llige definieren \u2013 in diesem Fall die Dachecken. Um wohlgeformte CAD-Modelldarstellungen zu generieren, wurden die erkannten Dachfl\u00e4chen in Dreiecksnetze umgewandelt.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-image-element\"
